The Cabinet Regulations No. 255 "On Distance Contracts" of 20.05.2014 stipulate that the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the goods purchased at the online store to the seller.

Section 12, Part six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". IDmēbeles.lv reserves the right to refuse the buyer the right of withdrawal or withhold a compensation fee if the goods has been used and/or damaged; if it is not in its complete set, delivered by the seller; if it is not in the original packaging, or its packaging is significantly damaged. By starting to use the purchased goods, the customer confirms that it corresponds to the ordered one and the goods may no longer be returned.

To agree on the return of the goods, please contact us by e-mail info@idmebeles.lv and indicate the order payment invoice number and date.

If you refuse the goods, the money for the delivery will not be refunded.

The buyer must return the product to the seller's warehouse: 21 Ganību Street, Kuldīga.

IDmēbeles.lv has the right not to cancel the order and not to accept the goods back, if it has been made especially for the Customer in accordance with a special order, the compliance of which with the Customer's requirements has been confirmed when placing the order or later.

The following are considered special orders:

• Kitchen furniture by individual order;
• Goods specially ordered for the manufacturer with finishing, which are not included in the standard offer of the Idmēbeles.lv online store (upholster, paints and other special finishing by special order);
• An order that includes 10 or more pieces of a single item
