The goods purchased in the IDmebeles.lv store are delivered to customers throughout the territory of Latvia.
The furniture is delivered unassembled, packed in cardboard boxes or film. Some furniture items can also be assembled.
When ordering, the buyer must choose the method of delivery of goods. There are 3 options:

• Delivery at your doorstep without bringing inside;
• Home delivery with bringing goods inside the apartment, house;
• Without delivery (the customer picks up the goods from the IDmebeles.lv warehouse at 21 Ganibu Street, Kuldiga).

Delivery of goods is performed from 08:00 to 16:00. We will contact you in advance about the day of delivery.

The goods are delivered from the warehouse only after 100% payment has been accomplished.

Delivery fee:

The delivery price is calculated taking into account the delivery address, as well as the volume and weight of the goods.

Delivery of furniture within the apartment: starting from 3 EUR per floor. Please inquire about the delivery of upholstered furniture within the apartment before placing an order.

Additional information about delivery terms:

If the ordered goods are not in the IDmebeles.lv warehouse, the company, based on a specific Customer order, orders them from the manufacturers. The order of goods depends on the supplier's warehouse location and production time. The description of the goods always mentions the longest approximate delivery time. In certain exceptional cases, if the delivery time does not correspond to the information provided in the goods description or the delivery time notified to the Customer, IDmebeles.lv informs the Customer about changes in the delivery time by contact phone number or e-mail, no later than 3 working days after this receipt of information.

Any customer is informed electronically by e-mail or by phone about delivery deadlines:

• Delivery time - if the product is in the IDmebeles.lv warehouse, then we will contact each Customer personally and inform about the day and time when the goods will be delivered.
• Delivery time - up to 20 working days: the goods will be delivered to the Customer within 20 working days after placing the order, if the goods is not in IDmebeles.lv warehouse and is available in the manufacturer's warehouse.
• Delivery time longer than 20 working days is required in cases when the product is not in the warehouse of IDmebeles.lv, as well as in the manufacturer's warehouse. High capacity utilisation of the manufacturer, weather, holidays, etc. may delay the delivery of goods. In such cases, IDmebeles.lv will warn the buyer in time about the possible delay.

The goods may differ from the one shown in the picture, or the picture may contain parts that are not included in the goods. Goods descriptions are for information only. Parameters or configurations may include changes or modifications specified by the manufacturers.
